Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using dollrbin ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

dollrbin monitors Discogs and eBay for records on your want list and sends you email notifications when matches are found. We make no guarantees about listing availability, prices, or seller reliability. All transactions occur directly between you and sellers on those platforms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You may not share your account or use the Service on behalf of others without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Import data you do not have the right to use
• Circumvent plan limits through multiple accounts

5. Subscriptions and billing

Free accounts are limited to 25 want list items. Pro accounts are billed monthly at $12/month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of match alerts, or that any specific record will be found. We are not responsible for any purchases you make based on alerts.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dollrbin's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
