1. What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you connect a Discogs account or import a want list, we store the record data (artist, title, release details) you choose to import. We do not collect payment card details — all payments are processed by Stripe.

2. How we use your data

• To monitor Discogs and eBay for records on your want list
• To send you email alerts when a match is found
• To manage your subscription via Stripe
• To respond to feedback you send us

3. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate dollrbin:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Stripe — subscription billing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Discogs API — record data and marketplace listings
• eBay — marketplace listing data

4. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in, and a preference cookie to track which matches you have already seen. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@dollrbin.com.
